COVID-19: Information Center

Manada Technologies places the health and safety of our partners, employees, and customers above all else and is committed to continuing to provide exceptional service and support to all. We want to take a moment to update you on steps we are taking to ensure best practices are taken with our response to COVID-19.

Manada has initiated its Emergency Operating Plan (EOP) to allow us to quickly respond to the ever-changing landscape and we have put in place an Emergency Response Team to coordinate efforts with our partners, vendors and customers. We are carefully monitoring the coronavirus situation and updating our EOP as necessary to implement all recommendations by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

As part of our EOP, we have suspended all non-essential travel, and are taking steps to limit traffic in our corporate offices. We are also suspending all in-person meetings and encouraging all team members to utilize teleconferencing and videoconferencing whenever possible. We have initiated steps to provide ongoing hygiene training for all associates who provide in-home services and are working with our partners to ensure immediate action is taken at the first sign of a problem.

At Manada, we believe that one of the best ways we can all help to minimize the effects of COVID-19 is through a free and open exchange of information. To this end, we are proud to share that we have established a COVID-19 knowledge portal at www.ManadaTech.com/COVID-19 to provide the latest guidance and best practices for our industry and to arrange updates on the steps Manada is taking in response to this situation. You can also submit information, updates, or ask questions via the submission form in our COVID-19 Portal. We recognize that this is a time for cooperation and teamwork to help minimize the effects of COVID-19, and that transparency in sharing our information will help everyone affected respond appropriately.

We need to remember that we are all human, and in events like these we must transcend typical barriers and levels of communication to ensure we can overcome this situation together.
